All of our free range Pork and Bacon is traditionally home reared.
Our pigs are bred from Gloucester Old Spot mothers and Large White.
This unique combination produces simply superb meat -
Our pork is slow reared producing an even layer of fat that is so important in giving our renowned taste and tenderness and unlike intensively farmed pork our roasting joints produce superb crackling.
All cuts of pork are usually available and will be prepared to your instructions.
